What is FitDefense ?

Fit Defense  is a merger of strength training and self-defense basics. FitDefense is for students of any fitness or experience level. Combining functional strength training and self-defense techniques with modifiers for varying fitness levels, FitDefense is a great way to improve your current fitness level as well as learning self-defense fundamentals for the safety of you and yours.

Our FitDefense Program offers a good workout featuring Sandbag weight training combined with self defense martial arts basics.  No experience needed.  Equipment provided. All levels of fitness welcome, program is tailored to each individual.  Come have fun get fit and improve your balance, strength, confidence and safety.  A great opportunity for stay at home parents, retired folks, shift workers, homeshoolers, work from home folks, anyone who has a flexible or alternative schedule.
