Fit Defense is a merger of strength training and self-defense basics. FitDefense is for students of any fitness or experience level. Combining functional strength training and self-defense techniques with modifiers for varying fitness levels, FitDefense is a great way to improve your current fitness level as well as learning self-defense fundamentals for the safety of you and yours.
