Chalee Ann Yoga
Chalee has been practicing yoga for over 11 years and received her teacher certification in 2015 with over 300 hours of training. In 2009, she graduated with a degree in massage therapy and body work which aligns which her passion of understanding the body’s function and structure. Currently she is the Clinic Director for 4 Paths Acupuncture & Integrative Health. A note from the instructor: Yoga is for every BODY. Ignore what you see on FB or Instagram, it’s not reality for most people. Yoga doesn’t discriminate based on your body type, age or whether or not you can touch your toes. No one wins at life simply by being able to hold a 5 minute handstand! My goal is to help you get better acquainted with your body, learn how to properly align yourself in poses that will help you not only build strength but calm your mind and focus your breath. Be prepared to be challenged and walk away with a new skill as well as create a better awareness of your body and how to move it in a way that works for you!
